Intermediary notice

The platform is exclusively a technical service for publishing private ads and communication between adults by mutual consent. The administration does not organise meetings, does not verify the users’ intentions and strictly prohibits any commercial sexual services (escort, prostitution).

Hosting safe harbour

The Operator acts as a hosting service provider within the meaning of Art. 6 of Regulation (EU) 2022/2065 (Digital Services Act) and, where applicable, 47 U.S.C. § 230. Content is published by users on their own initiative and responsibility.

We review photos and some ads before they are shown, and we use an automated filter. These are voluntary measures to detect and remove illegal content (Art. 7 DSA); they do not make us the author of user content and do not mean that we have checked every statement in it. When we become aware of illegal content, we act expeditiously to remove it or disable access to it.

No commercial sex

Advertising, offering or soliciting sexual services in exchange for money or any other benefit is forbidden. Our filters and moderators look for such content and remove it; the accounts involved are permanently banned and, where required or permitted by law, reported to the competent authorities.

Report

Report illegal content with the “Report” button on any ad, profile, photo or message, with the form at /report (no account needed), or at info@lukingo.com. Reports concerning minors, trafficking or non-consensual content are handled with top priority.
