Terms of Service

Template text. Must be reviewed by a lawyer in the operator’s jurisdiction before launch.
1. Who we are
Lukingo (“the platform”) is operated by [Full name], sole trader (ατομική επιχείρηση), [Street and number, postcode, city], Greece (“we”, “the Operator”). Full details are in the Legal notice. Contact: [legal@your-domain].
By creating an account, posting content or otherwise using the platform you accept these Terms. Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle your data. If you do not agree, do not use the platform.
2. Eligibility and availability
You must be at least 18 years old and of the age of majority where you live. When you sign up you confirm this and enter your date of birth; we refuse dates of birth under 18. If we find that an account belongs to a person under 18, we block it immediately, delete it and report it where the law requires.
The platform is not available in some countries and regions because they require age verification that we do not yet provide — for example the United Kingdom, France, Italy, Japan, South Korea and the US states with age-verification laws. It is also not available where using it could expose you to prosecution or persecution, for example Russia, Belarus, Kazakhstan, the United Arab Emirates and Indonesia. This list may change.
Do not get around these restrictions, for example with a VPN or proxy, and do not use the platform anywhere it is illegal for you to view or publish adult content or to look for the kind of contacts it offers. You are responsible for checking the law where you are.
3. Nature of the service
The platform is a technical intermediary (a hosting service) that lets adults publish private, non-commercial personal ads and profiles and talk to each other. We do not organise meetings, do not act as an agent of any user and do not check users’ identity, intentions or statements unless we say so explicitly. The “Verified” badge only confirms that a member’s selfie matched their photos; it is not an identity or background check.
We do not conduct criminal background checks on members. You meet other members at your own risk and responsibility; please read the safety tips in the Community Guidelines.
We never create fake profiles, bots or messages that pretend to come from members, and we never send advertising that looks like a message from a person.
4. Strictly prohibited
Any commercial sexual services: prostitution, escort, “pay per meet”, sugar arrangements, “gifts”, “roses” or any other compensation in exchange for sexual activity or companionship; advertising of such services; pimping or third-party management of other people.
Any content involving or sexualising minors, or persons who appear to be minors; any reference to age under 18.
Non-consensual content, intimate images shared without consent, human trafficking, coercion, threats, harassment, doxxing, hate speech.
Impersonation, fake profiles, spam, scams, malware, scraping, promotion of external paid content.
Nudity and sexually explicit images anywhere on the platform — in ads, profiles, public photos and private photos alike. Moderators reject them. This rule applies until we offer age verification; we will announce any change in advance.
5. Your content and your account
You remain the owner of the content you publish. You grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to host, display, translate and distribute it on the platform for the purpose of operating the service.
You confirm that every person depicted in your content is 18+ and gave explicit consent to publication, and that you can provide proof on request.
Photos you mark as private are visible only to you and our moderators. There is currently no feature for showing them to other members.
You can delete your account at any time in Account → Delete my account. Your profile, photos, ads and conversations are deleted immediately and our licence to your content ends. The Privacy Policy lists the few records we must keep.
6. Moderation, reports and complaints
We combine automated and human moderation. An automated keyword filter, covering all languages of the platform, checks ads, profile texts and messages for prices, payment requests, commercial-sex terms and references to minors. Clear matches are refused immediately; doubtful ones are held for a moderator. No filter catches everything.
A moderator reviews every photo, and every ad from a member who is not verified, before it is shown. Ads from verified members that pass the filter go live immediately and may be reviewed later.
We may refuse, hide or remove content, limit features, or suspend or terminate accounts that break these Terms or the law. When we do, you receive a statement of reasons in your account: what we did and why, which rule or law it is based on, whether automated means were involved, and how you can contest it.
Anyone, member or not, can notify us of content they consider illegal or contrary to these Terms: use the “Report” button on ads, profiles, photos and messages, the form at /report, or write to [abuse@your-domain]. Tell us where the content is (a link), why you think it is illegal, and your name and e-mail address (optional when reporting child sexual abuse material), and confirm that your report is made in good faith. We confirm receipt with a reference number and tell you our decision. Reports about minors, trafficking and non-consensual content are handled first.
You can contest a decision that affects you — or our decision on a report you made — within 6 months by writing to [legal@your-domain] with the date of the notification (or your report reference) and why you disagree. A moderator who did not take the original decision will review it, and we will tell you the result. You can also bring the matter before the competent courts.
Intimate images shared without consent: anyone shown in them can ask us to remove them with the “Report” button or by writing to [abuse@your-domain]. A photo reported as non-consensual or as showing a minor is hidden at once while a moderator reviews it. We remove the image, and any copies we know of, within 48 hours of a valid request at the latest.
If several people report that a profile may belong to someone under 18, the profile is hidden from search, ads and the dating feed until a moderator has checked it, and we may ask the member to prove their age.
7. Paid features
Paid features (Premium plans and ad boosts) are not available yet. Before they launch we will publish their prices (including VAT), duration, renewal terms and cancellation method here, and you will see them again before you pay. Subscriptions will renew automatically only if you choose a renewing plan; you will be able to cancel online in your account at any time, with effect at the end of the paid period.
As an EU consumer you will have a 14-day right of withdrawal. If you ask us to start the service immediately, you will pay for the period used and lose the right once the service has been fully provided. Nothing we sell entitles you to break these Terms.
Prices will be the same for everyone in the same country and currency — never different because of age, gender, orientation or other personal data. Cancelling will take one click in your account, as easily as subscribing, and we will never block or limit an account because a member disputes a charge with their bank.
8. Liability
The service is provided “as is”. To the extent permitted by law we are not liable for users’ conduct, content, offline meetings or any damage arising from them. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
9. Governing law and changes
These Terms are governed by Greek law. The courts of Athens have jurisdiction. If you are a consumer, you keep the protection of the mandatory laws of your country of residence and may also bring proceedings in the courts where you live.
We may update these Terms. We will tell you about material changes at least 15 days in advance, in your account or by e-mail, and ask you to accept them again where required. If you do not agree, you can delete your account before the changes take effect.
10. Points of contact
Authorities of the EU Member States, the European Commission and the European Board for Digital Services can contact us at [legal@your-domain] (single point of contact under Art. 11 of the Digital Services Act).
Users can contact us electronically at [legal@your-domain], or through the Report form for illegal content (single point of contact under Art. 12 DSA). Your message is read and answered by a person, not only by an automated system.
We accept communications in English and Greek.
Users in India can contact our Grievance Officer at [abuse@your-domain] (Information Technology Rules, 2021). We acknowledge complaints within 24 hours and resolve them within 15 days; content showing nudity, or intimate images of a person shared without consent, is removed within 24 hours of a complaint.
